Phoenix, AZ—  Christy Braford brings 30 years of mortgage and residential real estate experience to Farm Bureau Bank. Before joining the bank as Director of Mortgage Production, she worked at loanDepot as a National Client Relations Manager.

Christy has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Programs from Arizona State University. She calls Phoenix home and enjoys giving back to her community. Christy regularly serves as a volunteer Park Steward with Phoenix Parks and Recreation. 

Canton, GA— Sarah joined the bank as an experienced Treasury and Business Development Officer. She is actively involved in serving her community and making connections through local organizations including Scouts Canton, Inc. as treasurer and committee member, an active member of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce which she served on the board of directors from 2021 to 2023, and also volunteers for Junior Achievement. She has previously served as President and board member of Greater Cherokee Kiwanis and is actively involved as a member of Canton First Methodist Church and BSA Troop 241. Sarah has a BA in Business Administration from Georgia College and State University.

Von Ormy, TX — Nicole Hopper brings over 20 years of real estate and mortgage lending experience to the Farm Bureau Mortgage team. Most recently, she served as a Home Loan Coordinator with the City of San Antonio, where she reviewed applications and guided residents through eligibility and assistance programs.
Nicole has held mortgage loan officer roles at Gershman Mortgage, FirstTrust Home Loans, and Mid-Missouri Bank, where she specialized in FHA, VA, and conventional loans. With a strong background in customer service, loan origination, and real estate administration, Nicole supports clients from application to closing.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Missouri Southern State University. 

Raleigh, NC— Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry including branch management, business development, financial consulting, training, and 15 years in Treasury Services. As the Treasury Solutions Manager, Andrea is committed to collaborating with businesses to understand their needs and ensuring our suite of Treasury products meets and exceeds those needs.

Andrea attended community college in San Diego and traveled around the world in her youth. She has served as a founder and Co-Chair of the Rockland Trust Women of Action Committee, Business Development Chair on the United Arts Council of Raleigh, was an active Rotarian, and has served as a volunteer for The Friendship Home, Dress for Success, and Special Olympics.

Mesa, AZ — Timmy Morrison brings over 12 years of mortgage lending experience to the Farm Bureau Mortgage team. Most recently, he served as a Loan Originator with Veritas Funding, where he helped clients access their home equity and secure financing solutions aligned with their financial goals. 

Timmy has held mortgage lending roles with Veritas Funding and Lennar Mortgage, where he built lasting relationships and helped clients navigate a wide range of home loan options. He earned his degree in Agricultural Business Economics and Management from the University of Arizona and is committed to helping clients achieve homeownership with confidence.

San Antonio, TX — Jose Ruiz brings over six years of mortgage lending experience to the Farm Bureau Mortgage team. Most recently, he served as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where he helped clients evaluate their financial goals, explore loan options, and confidently navigate the home financing process from application to closing.

Prior to his mortgage career, Jose held a business leadership role with AT&T, where he developed strong relationship management and customer service skills. Known for his clear communication and client-focused approach, Jose is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals.

Wilmington, NC— Kate Snyder is a Treasury and Business Development Officer at Farm Bureau Bank with nineteen years of experience in treasury services. She is passionate about growing relationships with clients and helping them meet their business goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

San Antonio, TX— Thelma has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, she worked her way up from a Retail Banker to Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank. Now as a Relationship Banking Manager, Thelma is dedicated to providing personalized one-on-one service with her clients to ensure their banking needs are handled with ease.

Thelma earned her BBA in Business Management from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas.
