Cathy has over 30 years of financial services experience, having worked in a variety of leadership positions for several financial institutions. She joined the bank as the Director of Relationship Banking. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, she was the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Retail Banking for Frederick County Bank in Frederick, Maryland.  

She was previously a member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek. She has also held positions on the board of directors for Frederick Health Hospice, Weinberg Center for the Arts, Inc., and the Frederick Community College Foundation. Alexander has a BA in Psychology from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland. 

Nathan has 18 years of experience in the banking industry and has joined Farm Bureau Bank as part of our Commercial Banking team serving the Piedmont region in North Carolina. Prior to joining the team, he worked as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender at Bank OZK in Concord, North Carolina.  

Nathan holds a degree in Agribusiness Management from NC State University.

Gary has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and has spent much of that time successfully establishing and renovating Commercial Banking divisions for community banks. He holds vast experience in executive management, commercial banking management, credit administration, new business production, relationship management, and commercial deposit product development and management. A superior client experience along with exceptionally strong credit portfolio profiles have been hallmarks of his leadership.

Gary earned his BS in Finance and Economics from Virginia Tech. He currently sits on the Boards of the local Chamber RVA, Chesterfield Business Council, Virginia Rep (Barsdale Theatre), Family Lifeline, Risk Management Association, Midlothian YMCA, Cal Ripkin Sr. Foundation, and the Richmond Ballpark Initiative.

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking department serving the Northeast Georgia market. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, he worked at Banksouth as a Market President and Commercial Relationship Manager. Eric is experienced in working closely with his clients to help them meet their financial goals with custom commercial banking solutions tailored to their business needs.

Eric earned his BA in Economics from East Tennessee State University and received his diploma from the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He is actively involved as a board member for the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. Mary’s Health System at Highland Hills Village. He was also a past board member for the Southern Appalachian Ronald McDonald House, a past member of the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce, and past classroom mentor for the Junior Achievement Program in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Randy has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry and has joined Farm Bureau Bank as part of our Commercial Banking team serving Upstate South Carolina. Prior to joining the our team, he worked at Community First Bank in Seneca, South Carolina as the SVP of Commercial Lending.  

Randy earned his BS in Financial Management from Clemson University in South Carolina. His education was further enriched through specialized training at the Wachovia School of Commercial Lending and several courses in real estate appraisal and banking principles. 

He is also deeply involved in his community where he currently serves as a volunteer and board member at several organizations, including Clemson United Methodist Church, Clemson Sertoma Club, and the Pickens County Guardian Ad Lietem program.

Scott has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry and joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking department serving the Western Virginia market. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, he worked at Hometrust Bank as the VP and Senior Business Banking Officer. As the Western Virginia Market Executive, Scott is committed to developing strong relationships and providing personalized service for our clients.

Scott earned his BS in Business Administration from Longwood University. He currently serves as Board chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Virginia, where he has held numerous positions throughout his 15 years of support and has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and Roanoke Valley Youth Soccer. He also serves as Head Coach of women’s soccer at Northside High School.

Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry including branch management, business development, financial consulting, training, and 15 years in Treasury Services. As the Treasury Solutions Manager, Andrea is committed to collaborating with businesses to understand their needs and ensuring our suite of Treasury products meets and exceeds those needs.

Andrea attended community college in San Diego and traveled around the world in her youth. She has served as a founder and Co-Chair of the Rockland Trust Women of Action Committee, Business Development Chair on the United Arts Council of Raleigh, was an active Rotarian, and has served as a volunteer for The Friendship Home, Dress for Success, and Special Olympics.

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking department serving the Northwest Georgia market. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, she worked at Credit Union of Georgia as a Business Relationship Manager. Lisa is committed to building strong relationships with our clients and providing tailored commercial banking solutions for their businesses.

Lisa earned her BA in Organizational Management and Leadership from Reinhardt University. She is actively involved in the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, a current member of the Woodstock Business Club and IN WDSTK. She was also a past board member for the Bethesda Community Clinic, a past secretary for the Towne Lake Business Club and past Treasurer for the Woodstock Midday Optimist Club. 

Dave has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years and joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking team serving the Eastern North Carolina market. Prior to joining the bank, he worked at First Bank as an Area Executive and Senior Vice President. Dave has managed both retail and commercial teams across 6 branches and has experience developing meaningful relationship with businesses of many sizes.

Dave earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He has been an active member in his community where he served as a board member for schools in Brunswick County and worked to get residents and businesses involved with supporting local schools and the needs of their students. He also served as a board member on the Brunswick Community College Foundation Board, where he helped raise funds to support scholarships and other opportunities to make college more accessible for local students.

Tonya has worked in the financial industry for 30 years. As the Nevada Relationship Manager for Farm Bureau Bank, she will dedicate herself to providing her clientèle and community an exceptional service and deepening the relationship with the bank.

Her professional background includes business development, being an indirect advisor and lending expertise in consumer and mortgage loans. Tonya is also active in the community attending local events from different organizations.

Reeves has over 10 years of financial services experience, having worked in a variety of key positions for several financial institutions throughout Georgia. She has joined the bank as a Relationship Banking Market Manager based in Macon, Georgia. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, she worked at Truist Bank as a Branch Leader. Reeves will strive to provide tailored banking solutions and help maximize growth opportunities for each client and deliver with the personalized service they deserve. 

Reeves has a bachelor’s in business administration from Middle Georgia State University. 

Thelma has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, she worked her way up from a Retail Banker to Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank. Now as a Relationship Banking Manager, Thelma is dedicated to providing personalized one-on-one service with her clients to ensure their banking needs are handled with ease.

Thelma earned her BBA in Business Management from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas.

Chad joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking department serving Western North Carolina.  With over 22 years of experience in the banking industry, he has strong analytical skills in corporate finance with the ability to understand the challenges businesses face throughout the operating cycle.  Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, he worked at First Citizens Bank as the VP of Business Banking. As the Western North Carolina Market Executive, Chad is committed to the communities we serve and focused on providing the absolute best client experience available. He is passionate about delivering tailored solutions for our clients to grow revenues and achieve a greater success.

Chad earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.  He is currently a board member of Irene Wortham Center formerly serving as board chair and also serves on an advisory board for the athletic department of the University of North Carolina Asheville.  

Neal has nearly 20 years of financial services experience and has joined the bank as our Relationship Banking Market Manager based in Montgomery, Alabama. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, he worked at PNC as a Business Relationship Manager. Zeanah is looking forward to working with the federation and alongside insurance leaders to expand Farm Bureau Bank's presence in Alfa communities. He will be focused on serving county needs and providing banking services to the Agents as they grow their careers and build their businesses. 

He is actively involved in making connections and serving his community through the Montgomery Lions Club, Family Promise of Montgomery, BNI's Business Alliance of the River Region and Alfa membership. Zeanah has a BS in Psychology from Auburn University. 

Amber has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, Amber was a VP/Branch Manager at Wells Fargo and Meadows Bank and served in various leadership positions related to consumer and business lending.

Amber attended Truckee Meadows College where she studied Business Management, and she holds multiple financial management certifications. As an involved member of her community, Amber provides humanitarian services through her Rotarian membership, serves as an Ambassador for the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the board of CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada.
