To give you more security and flexibility, each card on the same account will soon have its own unique card number.
Primary Cardholders
If you are the primary cardholder, nothing will change for you. You will keep your current card and continue using the same card number you have today; you will not receive a replacement card.
Secondary Cardholders
A secondary accountholder may include joint and/or authorized users. Secondary cardholders will receive a new card with a unique number on or before August 31st, 2025.

The secondary cardholder’s new card can be activated starting on or after August 25th, 2025.

We encourage you to activate this new card as soon as you are able. The current secondary card will no longer work after September 30, 2025, but activating their new card ensures you receive the full benefits right away, including:

Enhanced security: If one card on the household account is lost or experiences fraud, only that card is affected. All other cards on the account remain active, while only the impacted cardholder receives a replacement.

Clearer statements: transactions will be itemized by card number, making it easier to see which card is making specific purchases.

Lost or Stolen Card Between 8/1 and 8/24?
Because of the recent lost or stolen claim on your account, the unique-number card you may have received in the mail prior to August 25th, 2025, will not be valid. After our program upgrade on August 25th, we will send you (via expedited shipping) a new card with your own unique number. Please activate it as soon as you receive it to enjoy the full benefits of the upgrade.
