Loan Funding

To finalize the purchase and receive your funds quickly, please complete and submit the following documents to [email protected] or fax to 800.499.4950:

• Funding Form - Choose your preferred form of payment, ACH or Check, complete and sign (provided by seller(s))
• Purchase Order/Bill of Sale - Completed with the Borrower's Name(s) as listed on the Funding Form
• ​Lien Verification - Dealer Reassignment, Title Application and/or a copy of the title including the:
  • Borrower's Name(s), as listed on the Funding Form
  • Farm Bureau Bank listed as the first lien holder:
    • Farm Bureau Bank
    • PO Box 33427
    • San Antonio, Texas 78265-3427
  • Include the State Lien Code

Our funds are transferred by Automated Clearing House [ACH]. This is not the same as a wire, so be sure the account and routing number included on your form are correct for ACH. If you are uncertain, contact your bank.

• Power of Attorney (Seller(s)) - Signed and, if required, notarized
• Funding Form - Choose your preferred form of payment, ACH or Check, complete and sign
• ​Bill of Sale - Completed, signed and, if required, notarized, with the Borrower's Name(s) as listed on the Funding Form

Funds will be released upon receipt of the funding form and verification of the additional documents requested.
